In order to expedite the process for citizens to have a closer and faster service, the City of Murcia has signed a collaboration agreement with the cadastre for local government from citizens to perform procedures such as change of ownership of a building, division, segregation, high and low for new housing estates above, among others.
Also, the Plenum of the Corporation has ratified this morning the cooperation agreement signed between both institutions.
From now on, the steps that inevitably had to be made directly at the offices of the Cadastre, and may be managed from the city of Murcia in an agile and quick.
Over the last year 2007 took place some 15,000 performances, regarding IBI taxes rustic and urban.
Moreover, the collaboration between the city of Murcia and the Land Registry will also focus issues such as changes to planning and reparcelaciones.
For its part, the Deputy Mayor of Finance, Joaquin Moya-Angeler, said that the goal of this collaboration agreement is further progress in the project to improve local government.
