The Economic and Administrative Court of Murcia has held its first meeting this morning working to resolve issues first with the local administration.
This new body is responsible for ensuring the safety of all economic processes and procedures, financial and tax, in addition to regulating fiscal and ensure the safety of Murcia in their relationship with local government.
The organization of the court is:
President: Santos Ortiz.
Members: Mariano Barreda and Antonio Fuster.
And former mayors of the municipality of Murcia: Antonio Bódalo, Clemente Garcia and Jose Mendez.
Secretary: Moya Roque.
The Deputy Mayor of Finance, Joaquin Moya-Angeles, has said that this tribunal, composed of personalities of great importance in the municipality of Murcia, is at the service of citizens and is another means with which counted citizens to ensure their rights.
Moya-Angel has also pointed out that this court is the latest way in municipal activities, thus leaving open the path of litigation.
