Under the slogan "Your future begins today", the Department of Youth and Employment, headed Lola Sanchez, and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs in the Region of Murcia (AJE) continue working on the promotion and expansion of entrepreneurial culture among young people the municipality.
This year it will launch a new action, which also focused on students from secondary schools of the municipality between 12 and 16 years of age, "which aims to motivate young people to obtain a formal education to enable them to achieve professional success.
Remember that the Youth Council last year signed a collaboration agreement with AJE Murcia to promote training activities and dissemination of business issues among adolescents in the municipality of Murcia.
Thus, to achieve these objectives, we proposed several actions under one umbrella, "Your future begins today."
The first stage focused on research and development of a report on the various options and educational pathways that young people can find them from leaving the ESO, as well as his subsequent career adapted to the world primarily as a self.
The second phase focused on the conduct of lectures, seminars at schools.

The motivation campaign, which continues the work begun last year, has focused on the development of a video entitled "Your Future Starts Today" will be screened in the secondary schools of the municipality, and a seminar to stimulate students about the advantages of getting further training and to establish a continuity-whether academic or vocational college, "that will help them access the job they want or even create their own businesses.
In less than ten minutes, the video moves directly the idea of professional success, ie the person can find fulfillment through the development of a freely chosen professional through the acquisition of specific knowledge and ruled.
The video shows the advantages of having trained and disadvantages of not having the training.
On the one hand, appears satisfied people: people who have achieved their career goals through study, effort and desire to excel.

These are people that during their school years developed passive and conformist attitudes, which currently have limited their ability to choose work they love.
