Nearly three million euros to finance current expenditure (14/05/2008)

With the objective of providing better service to citizens, the City of Murcia will sign a cooperation agreement with the Autonomous Community of the Region to finance current expenditure, 2008.

The City Council will receive grant amounts to a total of 2,922,842 euros, and are intended to cover the cost of refuse collection service, maintenance of public lighting, maintenance of public roads, and maintenance of parks and gardens.

This assistance will also be designed to subsidize the urban transport service water supply, sewer service and maintenance of sports facilities.
