A complete safety device ensure safety during Holi Run (28/01/2016)

The Local Security Board met yesterday to set up a mechanism to ensure the normal development of Holi Run with the participation of 12,000 people and is held on the morning of Sunday in Cabezo de Torres.

At the meeting, which was chaired by the Councillor for Traffic and Public Safety, Lola Sanchez, have, besides the organizers, representatives of Local Police, Fire Brigade, Civil Defence, Civil Guard and National Police participated.

They have also assisted technicians from other municipal services to establish activities such as cleaning.

This safety plan seeks to ensure the normal development of competition and urban mobility of other road users.

This Local Safety Board has scheduled a device perfectly coordinated between the various security agencies which will involve 45 local police officers, a retainer Fire, 35 Civil Defence volunteers, three ambulances of the Red Cross, members of the National Police Thad area shopping mall and a detent and a Civil Guard helicopter

The event will begin at 11:00 hours and will pass through the following schedule: departure from C / Councillor Remigio Lopez, Vereda de Fortuna, C / Francisco Quevedo, Avda High Watchtowers, Avda Alicante (Churra), C / Rambla.. Churra, C / Mayor, Avda. de Murcia (Cabezo de Torres), C / Carmen, C / Del Pilar, C / Rambla del Carmen, Avda. Alto Atalayas, C / Del Pino, Avda. Youth C / Rector Francisco Sabater Avda. Alto Atalayas and ending in C / Councillor Remigio Lopez.

At the end, a musical and entertainment show, which runs until 17 hours will be held.

The area will be surrounded by the mentioned route will be connected to the rest of the village through the crossing points where they have fixed police service during the celebration in the following crossings:

1. C / Councillor Remigio Lopez Vereda de Fortuna.

2. Vereda de Fortuna with C / Francisco Quevedo.

3. High Atalayas with C / Calderon de la Barca.

9. Avda. De Murcia C / Carmen.
