The ex-rector of the University of Murcia and professor of Civil Law José Antonio Cobacho be asked to deliver this year's keynote in the events organized by the University of Extremadura, based in Badajoz, on the occasion of the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas .
Cobacho, invited this year by the rector of the University of Extremadura, Segundo Piriz, will discuss new trends in Spanish Family Law, special caution on issues such as unmarried couples, in vitro fertility and marriage of same sex.
It will also address the evolution of the legal position of women has experienced since 1978, which was passed in the Spanish Constitution.
