The students of Secondary Education of the Region of Murcia have a "very positive" perception of the climate of coexistence in schools, as reflected in the conclusions of the doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Education at the University of Murcia (UMU ) by Nicholas Abenza Ascension.
The study found that the incidence of disruptive behavior is not high, the most common behaviors that hinder the normal development of classes speak or laugh at them.
The doctoral thesis, which has been rated as outstanding cum laude, has found no conduct that would skim the crime, such as theft or aggression school supplies to teachers.
"Compared with other countries added-research, the incidence of the types of abuse or assault is low."
Study author has designed a program of action aimed at the educational community teachers, pupils and familiares- in order to provide resources to further improve performance and school life.
For the realization of this thesis, which was directed by Professor of the University of Murcia Josefa Martínez Lozano, the new doctor examined a sample of nearly 900 students from centers in different municipalities in the region.
