"Leadership, teamwork, adaptability to change and results orientation are some of the skills most in demand by companies seeking new talent", as noted Carlos Caballero, coach and expert in employability during the day 'Keys Employment in the XXI century 'given today in the UCAM.
This initiative, promoted by the Employment and Guidance Service of the Catholic institution, the university aims to bring the tools and information needed to face the changes that are occurring in the labor market.
During the day, we have placed special emphasis on employment 2.0 that in this digital age, is the emergence of new techniques and tools, both for job search as to detect talent.
"The online job platforms and social networks are today two key scenarios to define personal and professional brand of those who seek new job opportunities", as stated Javier Zafra, head of the University of employability at the beginning of the meeting.
