Change Murcia wants to show their support for the 22 persons reported by the BBVA bank for peacefully demanding the renegotiation of their mortgage and dignified treatment for affected families.
While the bank has continued to increase its profits in recent months, just in the first quarter of last year, 18,719 families were evicted for nonpayment of rent and mortgages.
In this context, the BBVA bank has proven to be one of the most intransigent entities, subject to a law that is radically unbalanced in favor and against its customers, without going into negotiations without removing debt and persecution of the guarantors.
To make matters worse, the company has gone on the offensive and denounced by "coercion" to persons accompanying families seeking dialogue and solutions, while many others will face heavy fines if ASAP is not repealed the Gag Law.
From Murcia's change we wish to express our revulsion at coercion (the other real) that are suffering the most active citizens in defending their rights.
In addition, we encourage all Murcia and Murcia to attend concentrations to be held in the City of Justice on 2 and 11 February in support of those affected.
