From this January to May 2016, the Department of Planning, Environment and Huerta, has prepared a total of 22 different activities to promote training, awareness and environmental awareness of the population of the municipality of Murcia.
The Town Planning, Antonio Navarro Corchón, has detailed the proposal is composed of "four seminars and workshops nature 11 environmental itineraries and guided tours, and 7 municipal environmental activities of the volunteer program."
Among the novelties of this new programming, Navarro stressed Corchón, include such interesting activities as "an activity of geocaching to discover hidden treasures, different routes through the Huerta de Murcia where participants will discover the nooks and environmental and heritage values ​​of this workshop environment or natural perfumes from aromatic plants. "
Contraparada be another space where activities will take place within this new programming.
"In this environment there will be a practical workshop for anyone interested in nature and art in collaboration with the prestigious photographer Murcia Tomy Ceballos," he announced the head of Huerta.
The Department also held on February 13 a open participatory workshops to all those interested in participating in the design of the contents of future Contraparada Center.
This workshop will be meeting on February 13 and subsequent contacts online with the participants.

Seminars and workshops in Majal Blanco Nature
4 intense workshops (2 in the Nature Majal Blanco and 2 at the Centre Contraparada) are scheduled in direct contact with two of the most interesting natural environments of the municipality.
Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00 hours are made.
The registration is 5 € (free for children under 17, over 65 and unemployed persons. The participatory workshop February 13 is free).

-5 March: Photography, art and nature in Contraparada with Tomy Ceballos.
-9 April: Traditional uses of herbs: Workshop production of natural perfumes (Majal Blanco)

Environmental Volunteer We pineapple!
Currently volunteering already has a group of 184 people registered through the Volunteer Bureau.

-23 April: Tracking tracks and signs of mammals in the Majal Blanco
-7 May: Census wildlife in the river environment and orchard (works ANSE)
