The majority Student Federation of the Region of Murcia, Feremur has managed the opening of five libraries in the municipality of Murcia on weekends during the exam period.
The regional president of the Federation of Students, Rafael Olmos, appeared together with the Councillor for Education of the City of Murcia, Rafael Gomez, in Moneo explained where this innovative project ever seen in the city of Murcia, which will benefit around 100,000 students from different modalities such as ESO, Bachelor, FP and university among others.
From this weekend five full-time libraries open Saturday and Sunday until the end of the exam period in March, and will return to work this way-May to late July.
Importantly, do not forget Feremur students in the districts which have three open libraries: El Palmar, Cabeza de Torres and La Alberca;
the remaining two in the center of Murcia River Segura (Artillery Barracks) and García Alix.
The president of the Student Federation, Rafael Olmos, stressed that "we have achieved together, have made a claim first made in November the City of Murcia, a measure which will benefit to all students the city".
Rafael Olmos adds that "it was a demand that our partners had long been asking for and that will allow college students do not first have a space in which to study."
Feremur president also said that "it is a fact that the city of Murcia bet by the young students of the municipality and look forward to working together on future projects."
Feremur concludes that in just 15 days we've been in 2016, the Federation has managed a project that will benefit more than 100,000 students in the municipality of Murcia, we nonconformity in our DNA and we can not stop.
