The University of Murcia (UMU) has signed an agreement by which the educational institution students participate as volunteers in community service activities Gifts Love Association.
This provides companionship and attention to people in situations of exclusion and marginalization by terminal or chronic illness.
Along with this agreement, the UMU has signed another with the Explorers Scout Federation of Murcia, whereby pupils and university students collaborate as volunteer monitors.
The students, who will validate their volunteer work CRAU credits, participate in leisure activities and free time children and youth, such as camping, camps or workshops.
Both agreements were signed in the Service of Diversity and Volunteer of the UMU in the University Community Centre, in the presence of Vice Chancellor for Students, Quality and Equality, Miguel Angel Perez.
