The service will include all communications of the more than 4,000 landlines in the local network and the function of voice and data services for corporate mobile phones.
It also foresees the interconnection via optical fiber Espinardo campus with the rest of campus and buildings of the city of Murcia.
The manager of the University, Tomas Jimenez, stressed that since the first public tender for these services in 2003, "is currently paid 78% less, thanks to the implementation of IP telephony and the implementation of austerity measures in the phone bill. "
