Students of the Master in Food Regulation of the Catholic University of Murcia will be able to practice in the Spanish Agency of Consumer Affairs, Food Security and Nutrition (AECOSAN), under the agreement that was recently signed at the headquarters of the agency.
With this partnership, both parties intend to promote the study and training on the most important aspects of the new European policy on health and nutrition, the promotion of physical activity, sport and the development of healthier life styles.
Thus, the agreement includes several lines of work that are intended to strengthen the training of students of this postgraduate and update their knowledge.
In addition, AECOSAN professionals provide advice on the Masters through conferences and various teaching materials.
Notably AECOSAN falls within the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.
The Master in Food Regulation is taught in the UCAM in online mode, and is aimed at professionals who want to acquire specific training in the field of food regulation, to enable them to conduct their work in this area, either in the productive sector or in organizations and institutions involved in the regulation itself.
It also offers tools for specialized technicians from different fields and in key materials for the food business, such as knowledge and application of the rules governing the production and marketing of new food training.
It is the first postgraduate addressing regulation in power, it has been recognized by the ANECA as an official title in the national scene.
