The Hall of Flamenco presents a book that studies the art in the Sevillian press the nineteenth century (10/12/2015)

The Hall of Flamenco has organized for Friday December 11, an act made by the conference "Recent inquiries Basin in Cuba - 1887-1890" and the presentation of the book "Journey to the knowledge of Flamenco is known something? Press the nineteenth century Seville "by José Luis Ortiz Nuevo.

The lecturer José Luis Ortiz will talk about the figure of the basin, important dancer in the history of flamenco who died in Cuba in 1890. In turn, the writer and researcher will use to present the new edition of his book "Journey Any word? knowledge of Flamenco in Seville press nineteenth century ", published for the first time in 1990. The book, which is 25 years old, has been updated by its author and recently reissued by Books with Goblin.

Guillermo Castro Buendia, Flamenco researcher, will be on hand to present and moderate the event in collaboration of the Association of Flamenco Art of Murcia.

The presentation will take place in the Aula Antonio Soler Campus de la Merced, at 19.00.
