So a large open space for maneuvering, a unit of confined spaces and collapsed structures, an industrial area based on metallic structures, an area of ​​containers, an area of ​​release, a bunker for explosions and a swimming rescue practices will be created and diving, plus a building for practices or "fire house" with two basement and four floors above ground, classrooms and offices, a laboratory and a warehouse.
Similarly, in a second phase, a tower ten floors and two basements for practice will be constructed underground area with labyrinthine spaces
