The Board of Governors approved the administrative clauses for contracting telephone appointment service in social work units of the centers of social services of the municipality of Murcia, amounting to 81,021 euros and for a period of two years
With this system the city of Murcia facilitates the citizen's request quotations for Social Care Service, which is organizing the reception and dating days and customer service Social Work Units (UTS), the address of the / as applicants.
The days of Customer Service are fourfold: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Thursdays booking for various coordination, training or other necessary activities.
A maximum of 12 appointments per day give and UTS.
In this way, it is to ensure the equal access of any citizen to the Municipal Department of Social Services, through the 31 Social Work Units distributed throughout the territory of the municipality, and facilitate the organization of professionals responsible for providing that care.
During 2014 in the whole of the Social Work Units they have treated a total of 30,361 citations / year, which corresponded to the UTS 8.791citas demarcation of City Center, 11,546 to 10,054 South Centre and the Centre North.
