The congress, organized by the Faculty of Arts, stems from a research project of this institution Professor Juan Francisco Jimenez Alcazar, who five years ago began to study the impact of new media entertainment on knowledge of medieval past.
That experience has led him to organize and direct this meeting, in which technicians university professors game companies (universities of the Basque Country, Public University of Navarra, Lleida, King Juan Carlos, Nacional de Mar del Plata, UNED and Murcia) and ( IGN Spain, Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Virtualware) analyze them from different points of view.
