To do this, he explained Councillor Navarro Corchón, has forwarded the draft text of the Council regulation to different representatives of associations, federations and other recipients of the text, "which will have 15 working days from receipt of the document , to make the modifications and clarifications they deem appropriate. "
After that period, and analyzed the allegations made, said the head of the Environment, "the final text of the Regulation are set for the project's approval by the Governing Board and subsequent initial approval by the full City Council Murcia".

The Sectoral Council on Noise is an organ of permanent participation in an advisory capacity, constituted as a space for counseling, information, discussion, study and the proposal, which aims to coordinate public participation in matters relating to environmental protection and people against noise.
The purpose of this Sectoral Council is, according to the Councillor, "become the ideal channel to convey the aspirations, opinions, ideas and proposals on the protection against noise, allowing establish criteria and make recommendations to provide guidance municipal policies on this matter. "
This Sector Council therefore constitutes a translation into reality of the Law 19/2013 of December 9, Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, and Citizen Participation Regulations themselves and Districts City of Murcia.
The functions of the Sectoral Council on Noise are:
a) Propose with non-binding measures of performance within the territorial scope of the Council in the context of municipal policies in acoustic field.
b) To promote studies, research and reports in collaboration with the University, Professional associations and other public or private entities for the knowledge and dissemination of relevant aspects related to the issue of noise pollution.
c) To know the expectations and spending proposals and annual investments in the subject matter of the Council.
d) Encourage the participation of different sectors of the population in all activities and projects aimed at achieving a quality acoustic environment.
e) Propose actions and measures to improve the noise situation in the municipality of Murcia.
f) Provide a forum for discussion and analysis of the acoustic environment, aimed at achieving the best solutions to the noise problem of the municipality.
g) Establishing exchange of information and documentation with other local Sector Councils or equivalent at regional, national and international bodies.
h) To approve as appropriate, the annual report of activities of the Council, and raise it to the competent Department Delegate for broadcast.
i) provide a channel for expression and denunciation of the municipality acoustic situations that pose a particular problem, without prejudice to the ability of each organization or association to address the agencies that it considers appropriate.
j) To propose measures to encourage citizen participation in the solution of environmental problems associated with noise.
k) To promote studies, reports and actions aimed at promoting awareness and solidarity of citizens with acoustic environment and collaborate with the City Council in its implementation.
