The radio program "Kitaro: life is science," Unit Scientific Culture at the University of Murcia in collaboration with Regional Wave, has been chosen as one of three finalists for the Blogs Awards, awarded Radio Spanish Television, in the category of "Best Podcaster the Year '.
The University of Murcia is part of the team that selects the topics and prepares many of the contents in collaboration with scientists of the institution and with the support of their research projects.
All this, with the umbrella of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology and sponsored by the Museum of Science and Water of Murcia.
The space dedicated to the popularization of science, is broadcast on Onda Regional de Murcia since 2013 and was awarded the Prism Award for Best Radio Broadcast Outreach of Spain in 2014 by the report 'A giant protozoan in the Murcia coast' .
On this occasion, the votes of the listeners have led the program to compete in the podium finishers with the 'Raw Meat' by Eldiario.es, and 'The Coffee' by Radiocable, both holders of an Ondas Award program .
The final will be held on November 27 at La Casa Encendida in Madrid, at which will be announced on failure responsible for choosing the winner jury.
