The Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Murcia held tomorrow the big day of its 75th anniversary (13/11/2015)

The Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Murcia held tomorrow, Saturday, November 14, a gala at the Teatro Romea which will be the central event of the activities organized to mark the 75th anniversary of these studies at the educational institution.

During the event, which coincides with the feast of San Alberto Magno, patron of the School, will present the book "75 Years of Chemistry for the Region of Murcia" and a video about this event will be screened.

The gala, which will be presented by journalist Rebecca Escribano, will feature performances by the Orchestra of the University of Murcia, which, under the baton of Jorge Losana, will perform the overture "The Creatures of Prometheus", Beethoven.

The event will start at 11:30 am and will be chaired by the rector of the University, José Orihuela.

Then, in the Hotel 7 Coronas (16:00), distinctive anniversary reminders will be given to teachers at the school and other personalities linked to it.
