The University of Murcia hosts today and tomorrow the XXXIV General Assembly of the UNE (Spanish Union of University Publishers) which, under the theme "Evaluation of academic publishing: indices and indicators", meets in Murcia for the centenary of this educational institution .
During the conference, the editorial and publication services of 66 universities and research centers will discuss issues such as the challenges facing the university book to technological change and the newly created quality seal for CEA-APQ scientific collections, etc. issues.
Today, at 16:00, at a gala held at the Royal Casino de Murcia, the UNE also present the awards to the best university books published in 2014, one of which, corresponding to the level of inter-university co-publishing, has awarded to the universities of Murcia and Granada for the play "Shakespeare in Spain. Annotated Bibliography", coordinated by Professors Angel-Luis and Juan F. Cerda Pujante.
