Municipal Telecare service serving more than 100,000 calls in 2015 (07/11/2015)

Telecare municipal service of the City of Murcia has handled 117,082 calls during this year (an average of 49 per user) and has made 8,166 home visits (43.9 visits per user), with a response time on calls 11 seconds and an average duration of two minutes and 15 seconds.
