The report, prepared by the Everis Foundation in consultation with 2,000 entrepreneurs, the Catholic University of Murcia is a leader in our country in three of the skills assessed: Honesty and ethical commitment, teamwork and results orientation
The Everis Foundation, headed by Eugenio Galdón, has published a report based on responses from 2,000 companies throughout Spain with more than ten workers hired 21,637 graduates without experience of 95 degrees 72 universities over the past five years (2011-15 ).
According to this study, showing which are the best universities in Spain for companies, both public and private, Catholic University of Murcia is in second position in the area of ​​health and welfare, second only to University Navarra.
This report calls on employers to conduct an assessment of eight different items in which the UCAM, that overall gets a score of 8.13, is a leader in three of them: honesty and ethical commitment (9'26), work Team (8'37) and results orientation (8.06);
all they related to the area of ​​health and wellness.
Furthermore, the report also takes into account skills such as the ability to learn and adapt to change, analysis and problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments as well as the expertise of the profession.
