This suppression of the rate will be complemented with the project being developed by the government team to advance administrative simplification and significantly shorten processing files to grant licenses to open.
Moreover, the tax cut is defined mainly by the reduction of IBI and the waiver to apply the increase of 10% expected in assessed values, along with the freezing of municipal fees and taxes, explained the Mayor, José Ballesta, who was accompanied by the Councillor for Finance and Employment, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, and responsible for Employment, Tourism and Culture, Jesus Pacheco also Ucomur president, Juan Antonio Pedroza.
Ballesta has highlighted the important role played by the cooperative sector in the region and assured that the City will continue to work to promote measures to enhance the potential of these companies, which in the first six months of 2015 have created 700 to 800 jobs in Murcia , of the 1,700 registered throughout the region.
In addition, Ucomur has worked this year with 120 projects to implement in the municipality, of which 50 have already established cooperatives, representing nearly 200 new jobs.
