Secondary students, especially high school research, develop scientific projects supervised by professors from institutes and also at the University of Murcia and researchers from the Centre for Soil Science and Applied Biology Segura (CEBAS).
This has been highlighted during the presentation of the draft Research and Development Institutes (IDIES) Secondary Education, held at the headquarters of CEBAS, on the campus of Espinardo.
This initiative came in the 2013-2014 course, counting on that first call with the intervention of two institutes, the Juan Carlos I of Murcia and Mazarrón Domingo Valdivieso.
The next course these two joined Sewer Alcantara and San Juan Bosco institutes of Lorca, along with the CEBAS and powers of Computer Science and Medicine, both of the University of Murcia.
This year we have joined other centers public universities in the region, as has been highlighted during the presentation held at the CEBAS and attended, along with the address of this center, the rector of the University of Murcia Jose Orihuela.
