The Councillor for Youth and Development Cooperation, Rebeca Perez, inaugurated the Junior Language Club of the City of Murcia, in the Municipal Center of Carmen, where 40 young people between 12 and 17 leisure activities conducted in English and French.
In this way, the students, said Perez, "may acquire a good conversational level in each of these languages, which conducted activities to speaking and promoting the initiative of young people and their individual and group participation" .
Junior Language Club takes place in different places of the municipality of Murcia, including El Palmar, Beniaján, Bacons Bridge, Santa Maria de Gracia and Barrio del Carmen, where European volunteers collaborate and specialized monitors.
In total, participate in this free program, "240 young people from 12 to 17 years and activities are offered in three languages: English, French and German," said the head of Youth.
This year 500 young people have applied for participation in the Club, with participants selected by drawing the remainder on the waiting list.
Finally, cardigan councilman Perez has announced that soon "groups Adult Language Club for over 17 years, to be developed in different cultural centers of the municipality will be launched".
