The October 7 marks the centenary of the official opening of the University of Murcia.
To commemorate this event, it will be held on Sunday, October 4, "Pedaleum" a family bike ride through the city.
The event is organized by the University of Murcia and the city of Murcia.
It is a festive and family event with an accessible to people of all ages and fitness journey.
It is open to all who want it.
Those conducting pre-registration will get a commemorative T-shirt, but may also participate in a free way, going up to half an hour before the start.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a helmet.
It not recommended the participation of children under 10 years.
Registration is free.
The reception of participants will take place from 9:30 h.

The municipality of Murcia made available to participants 50 bicycles for those who do not have own bicycle.
The loan of these bikes will be in the starting area.
The route of the walk will begin at the Lieutenant Flomesta Avenue (next to the Rector of the University of Murcia) and end on the University Square.
The tour will include the following Caelles: Lieutenant Flomesta, Gran Via Sculptor Salzillo, Plaza Circular, Miguel Indurain, Mayday, Antonete Galvez, Rector Loustau and University Square.
