The Contracting Committee held this morning in the first session which was attended by representatives of the opposition groups.
The session was chaired by the Councillor for Finance and Employment, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, attended Rafael Gomez, the Municipal People;
Susana Hernández, Municipal Socialist Group;
Mario Gomez, Citizens, and Nacho Tornel of Murcia's change.
At the meeting they were studied a total of ten contracts that are in various stages of processing: Computer application records management recruitment and e-procurement;
Service of leisure and free time with children and adolescents and summer schools;
Service management cultural revitalization;
Supply of bulletproof vests destined for the local police;
Maintenance, collection, access control and cleaning flag of Sorrows;
Maintenance, collection, access control and cleaning Lobosillo pavilion;
Maintenance, collection, access control and cleaning The pavilion Albatalía and San Ginés;
Delineation service mapping and integration of spatial information system;
Management activities Monteagudo Visitor Center;
Public toilets for Spring Festival and Fair in September.
This was the first table of contracting with the presence of a member representing each of the local political groups.
These meetings, which are public and which often turn the various contractors that have submitted tenders, are formed by officials of the Legal Services, Intervention and Trade, as well as a responsibility of the municipal service that corresponds to the contract.
The Martínez-Oliva, councilor explained that "this measure fulfills the commitment made by Mayor Ballesta and contributes to the opening of City Hall to greater transparency."
