The UCAM aware that youth unemployment in Europe is one of the greatest challenges facing society today, supports students in their professional training and finding a job opportunity.
Therefore, on Saturday August 22, eight students of the institution travel to Timisoara, Romania, to participate in the "Conquer the Labour Market" project, financed by the European Union and coordinated through the ITM Institute of Technology of the UCAM Murcia OPRI and International Projects Office of the University.
For a week, 50 students from five different countries live together and participate in various workshops and activities: development of Europass CV, job interview preparation, knowledge of new opportunities empleoen the European market, as well as possible careers in function their interests.
The ultimate goal is to enhance the employability and internationalization of talent, as well as cultural exchanges between the various participants is encouraged.
Since the creation of the Office of International Projects (OPRI) in 2014, the UCAM has involved hundreds of students on projects, workshops and travel to European level, giving them the opportunity to have new work experiences, broaden their skills in languages and learn about new cultures, thereby increasing their ability to adapt and learn.
