Murcia will in the coming months with a total of 680 new parking spaces for bicycles.
The Office of the Bicycle asks institutions, businesses, residents and other groups to propose locations for installing these type aparcabicis fork ("U") in the vicinity of his office, workplace, residence or on in the points where the installation thereof deemed necessary for further use and promote cycling.

Thanks to the investment of 20,000 euros these bicycle parking will be installed not only in areas lacking such infrastructure but also in locations where it is necessary to expand existing because they have a large demand from users or who have experienced bicyclists higher in recent months.
This action is part of the Bicycle Master Plan of Murcia and adds to the existing 2,060 seats.
