The Socialist deputy mayor of Murcia, Enrique Ayuso, has reported this morning the collection of receipts of land, which is making the city of Murcia to thousands of residents of the districts of the municipality and that are being "unreasonably" retroactively 4 years ago and because he is not given the resources that many homeowners have filed with the Land Registry.
Enrique Ayuso explained that last March, the Land Registry conducted a regularization of the value of the property affected some 17,000 homeowners in the districts of Murcia.
Before this adjustment, many of those affected filed a motion for disagreeing and arguing that only been carried out small repairs to the dwelling not affected their assessed value.
"However, denounced the Socialist councilor, the council has passed the bill for payment with retroactive effect from 4 years ago, when it is to show that since that time the house has a new value. Therefore, we demand that the retroactivity is removed , much less that it has to pay it all at once. "
Ayuso also criticized the City Council has passed for payment, the cases in which the neighbors have filed an appeal with the Land Registry not agree with the new value.
"Even, he added, they are charging them more to some owners to the same Land Registry has already recognized their error."
The Socialist councilor reported to present a proposal to the government team for the levy is rejected retroactive who is not duly justified, the moratorium on the collection of those who have appealed, and facilities for payment for those who are regularized.
