They are two initiatives that add to the ones already in place to encourage participation and maintain direct contact, no intermediaries, with Murcia.

The Mayor, José Ballesta, announced before the municipal elections that his work as head of the City Council would particularly characterized by two connotations: the promotion of participation of Murcia in the affairs of the city and the implementation of actions to facilitate the proximity and direct communication of neighbors who want to convey their complaints, suggestions or proposals to the Mayor.
