The awareness campaign promoted by the Spanish Confederation of Organisations for Persons with Intellectual Disability and Development (FEAPS) has had as newcomers to the nearly 1,400 children who have attended the 34 summer schools organized by the Department of activists Social Rights.
This morning, its director, Conchita Ruiz, has delivered 35 bags full of caps collected by minors to vice president of FEAPS, Rosa Garcia Iniesta, in a meeting that took place in the social services center Murcia North.
Children summer school ended Tuesday.
Among the activities performed it has been included awareness raising on disability, involving the collection of caps solidarity.
For this, the minors were viewing a video in which children of different member associations FEAPS reflected their disabilities, making a small exhibition through photographs discussed their situation and what and where to go for these plugs.
The organization of this activity had among its objectives to raise awareness of the importance of respecting the differences, different abilities and pars to be child.
