Both institutions have signed a collaboration agreement whose base is the support, advice and training for entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises for the creation and promotion of their companies.
It will allow scientists to encourage exchanges and partnerships in corporate research and promote new sources of employment in technology, continuous and specialized training of new professionals.
The agreement provides for a budget of over one million euros for the implementation of actions, coordinated through the ITM, Murcia Institute of Technology.
Implementation and funding is subject to the appointment of the Incyde Foundation as Beneficiary Intermediate Body or the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme 2014-2020.
INCYDE (Chamber of Commerce Institute for Creation and Enterprise Development) Foundation is an institution created in 1999 at the initiative of the Chambers of Commerce, dedicated to the promotion and training for entrepreneurship, to improve the skills of entrepreneurs and creation and consolidation of companies.
The agreement was initialed, on the campus of Cartagena, José Luis Mendoza, president of the UCAM, Javier Collado, director general of the Foundation Incyde, who underlined that "this agreement reinforces the close relationship positively that the Foundation has with UCAM, allowing follow in the line of entrepreneurship and therefore job creation. "
