Lola Sanchez, Councilman Traffic, Safety and Civil Protection, inaugurated this morning the installation, located on Avenida Gutiérrez Mellado.
It is a closed structure 8,5x3x3 meters, which can store up to 24 bicycles.
The delivery and collection is done through an enclosed cabin, which automatically distributes internally, so that each user comes into contact only with your own bike, promoting safety and helps prevent vandalism.
The system works with an identification card on which is recorded the time of entry and exit of the bike in real time.
It has an automatic identification system users and each key has a unique code associated with each individual, thus enabling maximum system security removal or collection of bicycles to each user.
The bicycle parking complete with a modern communications system, lighting and burglar alarm and fire.
To strengthen the security of the system, the structure has a support galvanized steel pipes.
Operation is simple:
1 Register with the Municipal Office of the Bicycle (C / Role Azarbe 22, 2nd floor).
Delivery of the identifying key associated with each user.
Only one key per user, only one user per square.
2nd Identify yourself as user in the bicycle parking by the key "i-button", approaching the key to authorizing Dallas.

The system works 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
It is initially free, since you pay only the price of the Smart Key (13 € + VAT).
Smart Mobility
This smart bicycle parking is a pilot project, with which Murcia advocates the use of cutting edge technology, the smart mobility, which enables its use is simple, convenient and fast, which just an identification card to access the compartment collection and delivery of the bicycle.
This new intelligent system joins the network of bicycle parking managed by the Municipal Office of the Bicycle of Murcia and serves to further expand the existing Smart City services in the city.
