The National Competition of Bands "Ciudad de Murcia" will celebrate its XXV edition on 14 and 15 November on the stage of Teatro Romea.
The deadline for registration to participate opens today and will close on 24.
The call is open to bands of Spanish music, unprofessional, and recorded in any of the federations belonging to the Spanish Confederation of Music Societies.
The number of musicians for each of the three bands in the first section will be from 71 to 95, including a maximum collaboration seven guest performers and no more than 9 strings in the template;
in the three bands performing in the second section it is allowed from 51 to 70 musicians, with six guest performers at most seven strings as much.
In the first section prizes are 2,000, 1,600 and 1,200 euros for the first, second and third prize respectively 1,800, 1,500 and 1,100 euros for the second section.
