The City Council has already scheduled summer schools to be held during the month of July.
A total of 1,265 children born between 2003 and 2008, may participate for free in the 24 summer schools to be held in the various districts of the municipality.
The registration period begins tomorrow and runs until Friday the 18th, in every municipal center, 17 to 21 hours.
The draw squares relazará June 23 and publication of the lists of admitted on June 26.
All summer school will be held between 1 and 14 July, Monday to Friday from 10-13 hours.
The most common contents of the Summer Schools program are related to the theater, visual arts, music, sports, cooking, popular games, experiments, heritage ...
In this edition some thematic focus their activities in the light and others in the heritage of the village.
Of note a unique program to be held in Beniaján, where there will be a field Artistic and Scientific Work in which flamenco workshops, dance, choreography and expression, theater and archeology developed.
We have also scheduled trips to El Valle, ice skating in Elche, museums, swimming pools ...
The activities will aim to achieve objectives such as:
1. To facilitate the realization of alternative leisure activities in the free time of children during the summer.
2. To promote attitudes of tolerance and solidarity among children.
3. Facilitate through the activities, participation, exchange and collaboration between children / as.
4. Encourage training in technical workshops and activities that can be applied later in the summer entertainment.
5. Encourage the playful aspects.
6. Knowing the heritage of the districts through various activities.
7. Know and perform simple experiments related to light.
