Nine young chefs compete tomorrow in the final of the contest CreaMurcia of the Youth Council.
The test will be held tomorrow, starting at 18 am in the Tourism Qualification Center.
The main ingredient of dishes changes every year, this time the protagonist is the mullet.
Gastronomy to CreaMurcia have submitted 17 proposals of which 9 were selected for the final.
The jury will be chaired by the Councillor for Youth, Rebeca Perez Lopez, and consists of technical Estrella Carrillo Sanchez, Pablo Gonzalez Conejero-Hilla Jose Francisco Sancho Larrosa, David Lopez Carreño and Juan Albaladejo Garcia as secretary.
A first prize of 1,000 euros and two second prizes of 350 euros each will be awarded.

-Snack Nikkei mullet with Citrus, Beet, Red Onion and Adrian Daikon Novas Piñero.
-Mújol In Green Tea Infused with salmorejo and False Nora and Piquillo Crispy paprika Alejandro Medina Ibanez.
-Mújol With Sea Lettuce and Socarrat Joseph Dólera Campoy.
-Mújol With Vegetables and Smoked Pearl Wakame Pedro Peñalver Martinez.
Marinated Pickled -Mújol on Almond Soft Snow peas Jose Angel Sanchez Martinez.
-Mújol On Rice Crispy Vegetables, Juice of their spines and parsley lactonesa Maria Consuelo Serrano Muñoz.
-Mújol Del Mar Menor on low-temperature cooking soup and egg yolk Calderujiente with Smoked Sea Ramallo Tempura of Francisco Javier Cano Lopez.
-Ceviche 2015 David Marin Sanchez.
-Caldero Borja del Mar Menor Inclan Alcaraz.
