Is fruit of the agreement signed today with the Spanish Society of Pneumology and Thoracic Surgery (SEPAR), the Institute Foundation for the Improvement of Health Care (IMAS) and Menarini Group Spain

The act of incorporation of the Chair held this morning at the Campus of Los Jeronimos, he has enjoyed the presence of the president of the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza;

President of SEPAR, Pilar de Lucas;

the head of the Department of Education of the IMAS Foundation, Vicente Bertomeu;

and Salvador Pons, director-general manager of Menarini Group Spain and Latin America.

The purpose of this Chair is to develop teaching and research activities for health professionals who wish to improve their professional knowledge and skills related to respiratory diseases.

The Vice President for Research of the UCAM, Estrella Nunez apostillaba about that "this chair different research projects and postgraduate courses will be put into macha".

Meanwhile, Pilar de Lucas, President of SEPAR, adding that "I am convinced that scientific societies are the organizations best prepared to assume the continuing education of physicians."
