Murcia City Council collaborates with the Association of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation of Murcia (Ashomur) with the aim of promoting tourism promotion of the municipality.
Ashomur consists of 21 tourist establishments in Murcia and is the association that integrates over 95% of all hotel beds in the city.
The president of the association is Maria del Carmen Ayala Lova, director of the Hotel AC.
Among the measures envisaged it is to improve signage hotels in Murcia to facilitate the tourists visiting the city for easy location by placing a newer establishment signaling, installed in public reference informative hotel banners and posters advertising;
and the City will transfer free space on public roads intended for raising and lowering of travelers in hotels.
In short, it is easier for tourists to come to town in his car on arrival at your hotel.
The City Council allocated 12,500 euros to this project.
