Latvia's ambassador in Spain, Janis Eichmanis, gave today a lecture at the Faculty of Law of the University of Murcia, within the celebration of Europe Day.

Besides chat ambassador, who has been on the Latvian presidency of the European Union, and in the same act, the professor of the University of Murcia Maria Jose Cervell has offered a lecture about the rights, opportunities and responsibilities EU citizenship.

This event is organized by the European Commission and the Directorate General for Citizen Participation, and EU External Action of the Autonomous Community.
