The activities of health promotion of municipal health services proposed to neighbors walking four days a week and 40 minutes each day in order to improve your health, reduce heart disease, lower blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity , overweight, increase flexibility, improve diabetes and mood.

The program is intended for adults of any age, whose health enables them to make moderate physical activity as children accompanied by adults.
In 2014 we worked with a total of 14 groups, including two newly created: Azarbe Shore and San Ginés.
The number of sessions with all groups was 284, 30 more than in 2013.
