The University of Murcia today concluded a series of activities started on Monday in the "Centum International", to mark the centenary of this educational institution and which has highlighted its international presence with the awards and grants to students.
Today's schedule has included awards of the short story contest Thader-University of Murcia, which aims to help students of the beneficiary institution of a mobility grant managed by the Department of International Relations.
The first prize, worth 3,000 euros, went to Antonia López Galera;
the second, worth 2,500 euros, Marta Gil de Sola, and the third, with a prize of 2,000 euros in Albacete Paloma Ródenas.
Also it has delivered two separate awards of 1,500 and 1,000 euros, respectively, Ferez Lidia Diaz and Maria Francisca Carrasco neck.
Centum International Week, promoted by the Department for Coordination and Internationalisation, directed by Professor Bernardo Cascales, for this afternoon includes grant awards and entities that have collaborated with the University of Murcia in his twenty years of international relations, while tomorrow there will be a guided tour of the city of Cartagena, which will conclude the program.
