Murcia University today held the inauguration ceremony Teacher Teaching Body Expression Arturo Diaz Suarez as the new dean of the Faculty of Sport.

The management team consists of the deans Jesus Garcia Pallares (Student and Academic), Manuel Gomez Lopez (Quality and Educational Innovation), María del Pilar Sainz de Baranda Andujar (Research and Graduate Coordination), Maria Jesus Bazaco Belmonte (Practicum, International and Institutional) and teaching relations secretary, Enrique Ortega Toro.

The new dean has referred in his speech to the "enormous potential" of the Faculty and has ensured that this is where students more prepared and brightest in the region in the field of Sports Science study.

The rector, José Orihuela, who chaired the event, held in the campus of San Javier, said that the investigation establishes and distinguishes the Faculty over another center in Murcia that offer these studies.

Both the rector and Arturo Diaz have had words of gratitude for the outgoing commissioner dean, Miguel Lopez Bachero, and Emeritus Professor of Physiology Salvador Zamora, who has led the process of holding elections in the middle.
