MURCIA NOW condemns the policy of the city of Murcia with regard to their employees.

In this situation as unfavorable for municipal employees, MURCIA NOW raises a number of far-reaching proposals, such as the recovery of basic services outsourced, promoting the work of City officials, unlocking the RPT (List of Posts Work) or empowering a public offering.
Thus it has informed workers Alicia Morales Hall to meet with a representation of them.
The Personnel Board and the Works Council of the City of Murcia recalls that in the past five years there has been a severe loss in economic rights and working conditions of municipal workers.
The estimate is that in recent years have suffered a loss of 30% of its purchasing power.
Workers also denounced the unilateral imposition of working conditions by the municipal government team and the composition of the workforce of the City, with more than 300 temporary and 450 not fixed.
