Dozens of widows in the Region of Murcia have gathered today in the city of Murcia to celebrate the XXIII meeting of the Regional Federation of Widows.

Councilwoman Equality Policy and Development Cooperation, Alicia Barquero, this morning received the presidents of nearly 20 associations in the region.

It is the second time the Association of Widows Salzillo of Murcia organizes the assembly in the town of Murcia, in 2005 was the first time.

The different associations of widows know that when expressing their position as union collective is important, hence this activity organized annually at regional and national levels.
