Tomorrow Friday, April 24, 2015 two groups of students of the European Project Comenius IES Bachelor Francisco Cascales hold a workshop in the Hall of Health and the Senses in the Hall of Gastronomy in the Market Square Veronicas to give to know the Mediterranean diet.
Attended by around 35 students from visiting countries this year, Holland, Norway, Germany and Slovenia, accompanied by his own teacher and responsible for Health Education IES Cascales.
The workshops will be held between 10 and 13 hours in English language exchange project.
These students will participate in a tour of the market where they explain various local products such as spices and cured and made buying food after they cook.
The session will be led by a professional chef and nutritionist to teach students develop a pizza with vegetables and oily fish and a dessert of fresh strawberries
