The city of Murcia was a finalist in two categories of the awards given by the V Congress CNIS, a national reference citation on interoperability and security of public administrations.
In this Congress have submitted 68 applications from 44 administrations and the city of Murcia has been a finalist in the categories best service award and prize eGovernment best service in the cloud, with the AMT Connect program the Department of Finance, which Isabel Martinez Conesa directs.
In total prizes are awarded in 14 different categories.
The winners will be announced during the Congress to be held in Madrid on 20 and 21 April.
Isabel Martinez Conesa explained that they have presented papers to Congress on issues of telematics, good governance and good management and AMT Connect aims to bring management Murcia Municipal Tax Agency and procedures are faster and easier for citizens .
AMT Connect is a new model of tax administration so that citizens can pay their taxes without formalities, no traveling, no costs and no steps.
Develops electronic connections on transparency, participation, collaboration, evaluation and control.
Citizens can access real-time all records and agreements with notaries, registrars, Cadastre is included, etc.
for citizens to make their efforts directly (settlements, changes of ownership in IBI, etc.) without having to travel to City Hall.
The procedures are performed using eGovernment through a web portal (www.murcia.es/amt), canal taxes (aytomurcia@canaltributos.com) call center (968 355 002 902 120 333 and) and social networks (AMTMurcia and www.facebook.com/amtmurcia).
The CNIS Congress is organized by the Club of Innovation with the support of Ministry of Economy and Finance, National Cryptologic Centre, Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, and Royal Mint.
