The Department of Education bet once again by offering leisure and recreational activities for children during holiday periods and this year increased to 400 places for summer camps, 100 places higher than last year.
These camps are designed for children aged 8-12 years have one week and are held in shifts from June 30 to July 6, 7 to July 13, from 14 to 20 July and from 21 to 27 July 2015. The proposals include multiadventure in Nerpio, multi Sierra Espuña and water sports in the CAR del Mar Menor.
The Councillor for Education, Maria Dolores Sánchez, explained that more than 100 seats offered this year due to the success of the camps in previous years and to provide the possibility to involve more children.
During retreats leisure activities, creativity and sport are conducted with the aim of helping the children in their personal and social growth, promote healthy leisure and teach children how to spend their free time constructively.

Participating children must be registered in the municipality of Murcia prior to April 1, 2015 and be pursuing the levels to which it is intended the requested activity.

Multiaventura in Nerpio (Albacete): stay of seven days (six nights) at the facilities in the Rural Complex 'Las Nogueras Nerpio' (Albacete).
The school will reside at this center to perform adventure activities (climbing wall, aerial park, zip), adventure trail by the river Zarzalar, science workshop and trip back riding, daily bath in pool, tour Nerpio , hiking, visiting the cave paintings, olympics, recycling workshops and archeology workshop with traditional bread oven and evening gatherings.
